We use a variety of major carriers, and local courier partners to ship your orders.

If you have put your mobile number in at checkout to receive order updates, you will receive a SMS within 48 hours asking to click on a link to download 'Shop' in your app store. Once completed, you will automatically be able to view and track your order.

If you are still having issues trying to track your order, or have not received the SMS, please contact our customer service team.

Don’t worry, you will receive a confirmation order email within 24 hours with your order details.

Returns are available for all items excluding sale items and e-gift cards. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the items for a refund and any received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 14 days of you receiving the order.

All returns must be returned with our RETURNS FORM (click to download).

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return your items for a refund, then simply place a new order online for the pieces you'd like.

It is your responsibility to return items in a safe and secure way to avoid loss or damage. Please allow 7 days for us process your return once it’s been received by us. We note that you will need to cover the cost of postage.

We can only make changes to your order within 24 hours of placing it and if the order has not been processed.

We process orders very quickly, so changes and cancellations cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately contact our customer service team with your change/cancellation request details included in the email.

If the order is yet to be processed we can certainly update the shipping address depending on whether it has been processed for delivery. Please contact ourcustomer service teamfor help with changing the shipping address.

Damaged & Missing

We know you were super excited about your purchase and disappointed that it showed up damaged. To help us make it right, please send an email to ourcustomer service team. Don't forget to provide an order invoice number and Proof of Photo of the damaged product.

Product Questions

On every item listed we provide dimensions in two ways – through the description of the product (scroll down to the bottom of the product page to see) or in some cases, we have images with the dimensions included (click through the pretty pictures to see them). If you still cannot find them, please contact ourcustomer service teamand let them know – don’t forget to include the product name.

Each product is individually hand-crafted and delicately made, 

Sometimes there are slight variances in product dimensions due to this. 

If you ordered multiple products and only one box showed up, that’s perfectly normal. Some of our items may be shipped in seperate boxes depending on the number of items you ordered. If you ordered multiple items, you could receive multiple tracking numbers if they are shipped separately. Just check your order status with your tracking information to see where that package is.
